Weight: 110 (although this doesn't matter much; muscle causes gains.)

I plan to do this by eating, NOT starving myself. I am not going to count the calories in a glass of water. I eat sensibly, and I do not restrict myself.

I work out with weights, and do regular cardio exercise, although I'd like to increase cardio to help with burning fat.


To anyone with similar goals and interests who'd like to add me; I'd love to have a support buddy. Go ahead and leave me a message. ;)



Money Goal:


Why can't I save money? Lord knows, but every time I get it, it's gone. My goal is to save at least $150 every week. My long term goal is to have $4500 by February. Some weeks, I won't even make %150, which means I'll just put whatever I can in. Then some other weeks when I'm making 3 and 400, I'll put an extra hundred in, or whatever I can spare.
